Welcome to my Portfolio website!
I am a student-athlete at Weber State University in my last semester of my computer science degree.
I am originally from Johannesburg, South Africa but moved to Utah to pursue my dream of being a Division 1 athlete.
I complete my Bachelor's of Science in Computer Science in December 2023. I have been awarded a scholarship to play out my remaining years if eligibility
at Santa Clara University where I will pursue a Master of Science in Computer Science and Engineering.
My dream is to one day own my own business helping other businesses find areas to improve using
my knowledge of the data science field.
In my free time I am a massive sports geek. I love tennis, soccer and basketball. My dad was a professional
soccer player so I guess you could say that sports runs in the family. I also really enjoy fashion and sneakers
in particular. I feel like one can use fashion and photography to express oneself in ways that words cannot.
So far I have experience in C, C#, C++, Python, Java, JavaScript, CSS, HTML, MIPS Assembly Language,
SQL and Visual Basic. My latest experience was working as a programmer for Weber State's Financial Services department,
where I help design web applications, maintain the current software being used in the department and build in
house apps that mostly keep track of the assets that belong to the department. I use C#, Visual Basic and SQL
to do most of the coding and Access and MySql to maintain the databases.
